Peter is responsible for seed processing operation at the farm site. He is a passionate agronomist and management professional with over 15 years’ experience in Commercial agricultural sectors, having previously worked with Seedco in Zambia and Rwanda as well as  Yara fertilizers crop nutrition. He is a holder of an executive training in management development from Graduate Business School at the university of cape town (UCT), a Degree in Agronomy / Crop sciences from university of Zambia( UNZA) and Diploma in crops . Other certifications include Grain Seed technology(Zimbabwe/Sweden) and seed crop inspection (SCCI).

Kennedy Mweso is an Agronomist, business unit manager with twelve years of experience in the Seed Industry mainly focusing on seed production, agronomy and crop protection to enhance quality of product and service through innovative ,analytical, marketing and interpersonal  skills .His previous employment includes seedco and Good Nature Seeds. He holds a Diploma in Agriculture.

Luke Mulenga is a Supply chain professional with 15 years expertise in retail, mining and agriculture throughout Zambia. His current role focuses on Operations and supply chain management. He has previous experience in Supply chain and operations management in institutions such as PicknPay, FQM and Syngenta . Luke’s academic background includes  a degree in Computing, a certificate in Supply chain and operations and CIPs Affiliate.

Danny Mfula is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 15 years’ experience in the agricultural sector possessing a strong track record. His current role is responsible for leading a dynamic sales team in developing and executing appropriate go-to-market approaches in order to achieve complementary commercial and financial goals by developing and implementing workable strategic plans in order to achieve revenue and market growth. He worked in similar roles at Syngenta and Seed Co, where his input into the organisation’s growth was highly recognised.  He is a holder of a master’s degree in business administration, a Chartered Marketer and among other qualifications in management and leadership from renowned institutions.

Milupi is a holder of MSc degree in Agronomy from the University of Zambia. He also Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in plant Science from the same University and a Diploma in General agriculture from Natural Resources Development college (NRDC).He is an experienced agronomist and seed systems specialist with over 22 years work experience in agricultural research, field experimentations, maize breeding as well as seeds systems and production. Before joining Synergy agribusiness, he worked as a research agronomist at Bayer in Zambia and Kenya –East Africa and Syngenta Zambia as a trialling lead. His current role involves taking care of breeding pipeline portfolio, breeding nursery management , parental line discovery, line purification, crossing blocks, progeny evaluation for product registration as well  as commercialization of hybrids across marketing localities.

Kaluba  is a qualified chartered accountant, a fellow of ACCA and ZICA. He has over 13 years experience in Audit, Accounting finance and strategy having previously worked for Grant Thornton Chartered and Management Accounts and Bayport Financial Services.  He is also a holder of an MBA from Edinburgh Business School of Heriot Watt University.

Pamela is dedicated and multi skilled Human Resource practitioner with over 7 years’ proven working experience acquired in both the commercial and INGO sector. She is  a full member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM). Previous employments include Action Aid Zambia , Heinrich Beverages and Zambia National Airports. She holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management, an Advanced Diploma in Association of Business Executives  and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies.

Tawanda Nixon Mangisi is a seasoned Agricultural professional with 2 decades of expertise in agriculture particularly seeds and CP.  His role focuses on business development through introducing Synergy brand in ZW and MW. He has previous experience in the seed production, marketing and extension work from working for global Agro Services giants Corteva(DuPont) and Syngenta.  He holds a  BSc degree in Agriculture, University of Zimbabwe and a Masters degree in Business Administration from  the East and Southern African Management Institute (Esami Arusha  Tanzania.
