AGD (Actellic Gold Dust) is a dust grain storage protectant containing pirimiphos-methyl and permethrin. It is widely used across Zambia to protect stored maize, wheat and soya bean against grain weevils (Sitophilus spp.), larger grain borers (Prostephanus truncatus), and lesser grain borers. Apply as an admixture or surface treatment at the recommended rate per tonne of grain. Safe for use on grain intended for food or feed when applied as directed.
